The lining of Palto
Discover who we are, what we stand for, and how we make a difference

Our Story
When founder Jo De Munter visited his grandmother as a child, he would always hear: “Put on your palto.” Not just a coat, but a symbol of care, protection, and forward thinking.
Today, PALTO stands for exactly that: a warm, strategic layer that empowers people and organizations. What began as a hallway ritual has grown into an organization that combines humanity with structure, clarity, and sustainable impact.
